Let's go to a play! Tommy and the Talent Thief

                  A school trip

 Last Wednesday we went on a trip to see a play at ¨Teatre Tarragona¨ in Tarragona.

It was a funny play called ‘’Tommy and the Talent Thief’’it tells a story about a boy who failed a dance exam and,in order to make him feel better his dance teacher told him that someone called The Talent Thief stole his dance talent that’s why he had failed the exam.

Then, he decides to go to the top of the mountain where his teacher said the Talent Thief livedto get his talent back.On his way to the mountain he met a boy and a girl, Wilf and Kat, who told him to give up, he didn’t, so he kept on walking. A few minutes, he met a girl called Hilda who wasn’t very good at English and he thought that it was because ofthe fact that the Talent Thief had stolen the girl’s gift for learn new languages. Eventually, he convinced her to go with him to get her talent back. After that, they met a boy who wasn’t very good at learning Maths, so Hilda and Tommy convinced him to go up to the mountain with them.

Up in the mountain, they realized that The Talent Thief didn’t exist: if you want to be good at something, you have to work hard on it. Therefore, they worked hard for year, and they turned out to be good at what they wanted to.

The day we went to the theater was great fun because the theater was very entertaining and fun.

Also, the theater was very modern and they taught us that if you do not practice and try it, it will be possible.

Afterwards we went to make the second breakfast in front of the “amfiteatre” and then we went in and visited it.

My excursion

Wednesday, 4^th of April I went to  an excursion with my class and the other one. We went to the theater of Tarragona. I saw a play in English. The play I saw was very fun and I liked it very much.  The title is “Tommy and the talent thief”. Fortunately I understood  more or less everything. That  play is fantastic if you want to practice English.
